Brad Gordon is the Managing Partner of Eden Bridge Asia, bringing over 25 years of corporate legal expertise and 20+ years of experience in Asia to the firm. A graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.) and Brown University (B.A.), Brad has advised on more than 150 corporate transactions, including high-profile deals involving multinationals and investment banks.
Before founding Eden Bridge, Brad worked with leading international law firms such as Linklaters, Freshfields, and Shearman & Sterling, and served as counsel for Lehman Brothers’ investment banking team in Asia. A member of the New York State Bar, Brad specializes in corporate transactions, M&A, and regulatory compliance, delivering strategic legal solutions to clients across Asia.
In addition to his corporate work, Brad has played a pivotal role in cultural heritage preservation. Since 2012, he has served as the head of the investigative team and chief legal counsel for the Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, leading efforts to recover looted antiquities. His work has resulted in the repatriation of hundreds of artifacts, including significant pieces from major international museums and private collections.
Brad has also contributed to Cambodia’s development through training workshops for judges and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia. As a board member of the Harpswell Foundation, he supports education and leadership programs in the region.
With proficiency in Khmer, Thai, and Japanese, Brad’s combination of international legal experience, cultural insight, and commitment to advocacy positions him as a trusted leader in corporate legal services and cultural preservation.
